1927 Marmon Model L Speedster.
8 cylinder, 190 cubic inch engine. 116” wheel base. Very advanced Marmon engineering with overhead valve engine, 4-wheel mechanical brakes.
Missing nothing-100% complete and original. Color is taupe/ gray with black fenders and red accent striping. Red leather interior seats and rumble seat leather.
Five Buffalo red wire wheels with good whitewalls. Running boards are perfect.
Older restoration but in excellent condition. Runs strong and no issues or surprises. Comes with very rare spare head.
Mascot is German silver and highly valuable in itself. Fold down windshield.
Canvas top is excellent, comes with side curtains- all perfect.
Miles believed to be accurate at approximately 34,000.
Car has been a “toy” in collections, with no rust or damage.
Engine and transmission operate extremely well. Electric fuel pump has been added for ease of use.
No issues or disappointments. Exhaust sounds like V-8 Mustang- fast car with strong torque, all original engine.
Reason for sale- restoring two other cars at present and out of room. Must make space.
The Marmon has been in my collection ten years.
Always stored in climate controlled garage. This car is one of two 1927 Model L Speedsters left world-wide.
